We nutritionists are often reluctant to say there is such a thing as a healthy food, only a healthy diet. But the mycoprotein found in Quorn Foods is actually fairly healthy and difficult to fault. Not only is mycoprotein low in total and saturated fat, it also has lots of positive health benefits such as being high in fibre and containing good quality protein. Perhaps the most interesting fact for the future is that it is naturally fairly high in two of the 21st century's 'micronutrients' : zinc which might help stimulate the immune system, and magnesium which may improve bone health.

I still enjoy meat in moderation but I have learnt that's it's not the most ingredient to a meal. I'm also seeing the benefits to my health having lost 3 stone whilst still enjoying filling and appetizing meals.
So thank you Quorn, for helping me change my life for the better.

My favourite is sausage and mushroom sandwiches - Saturday mornings wouldn't be the same without them!  I have introduced my sister to Quorn Sausages and Mince and she now eats them instead of meat ones, as she like to know that they are healthier and that she isn't eating gristle and nasty bits!

Hi I've been a veggie all my life and im now 22, I have never tasted foods as good as quorn. I can have normal meals with the family by just adding quorn. I would like to thank you and just say your brilliant.
