Pizza with Quorn Italian Meatballs

Very quick and easy and great for kids to join in the fun!

Let's Cook

  1. Preheat the oven to 220° C Gas Mark 7
  2. Place the pizza base on an ovenproof metal plate and spread over the prepared tomato sauce, leaving the outer rim uncovered.Sprinkle evenly with the diced mozzarella.
  3. Cut the Quorn Italian meatballs into quarters and place the pieces evenly over the pizza base, sprinkle over the grated cheeses.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano, freshly ground black pepper and olives and olive oil.
  5. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

50g mixed grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese
